Nokia N96 App Review – mobiEXPLORE

Summary:  For most people traveling to another country is a happy vacation but with the lack of local information you can find yourself wondering around the streets aimlessly. mobiEXPLORE is an application that provides all information you could possibly need when abroad, information about the news, weather, activities, rooms, sights, shops, emergency numbers and maps. I know in my screenshots its all about the UK and obviously people are going to go to many other places but this is where mobiEXPLORE surprised me because they ave created mobiEXPLORE for 7 different countries and this is one of the biggest applications at 3MB so you know the developers were busy. mobiEXPLORE also has a very nice interface with detailed animations that look nice on the nokia n96

Overview: I’m still a little socked by this application mainly because its free yet it was developed with so much detail and for so many countries. I should mention that some of the other countries it is developed for aren’t that popular but they do have this application for Italy and Croatia which should be popular. There is just one thing that annoyed me and that was the lack of cites it covers and if it doesn’t have your location then its pointless.
