Nokia N96 App Review – VoxTrack

Name: VoxTrack
Description: Conversion Recorder
Summary: I’m not going to pretend that there isn’t many call recorders out for the nokia N96, when in fact there’s almost a new one every-week. VoxTrack isn’t actual new it was formally called “XELNEX LITE” but from what I know xelnex a few problems and the quality wasn’t that great. Now with VoxTrack all is well again the quality and the application are both just fine. With that said you are left with the choice of what voice recorder to buy all really do the same thing the only difference between them is the quality of the recording. VoxTrack it has to be said has one of the best quality recording and VoxTrack has loads of settings that enable it to work just the way you want, settings like deleting the recordings after a pre-defined time and automatic recording. It does seem to stand out from the crowed but most of them work just as good.
Overview: Some people want to have a decent call recorder and VoxTrack is pretty decent but two things worry me that are first, its cost which is £12.88 and second, is that I think this slows down the phone noticeably when in it’s recording a call. Depending on how often you use your phone while on a call should help you chose if this is right for you but there is a trial so you can check out how it works for yourself.

May be VoxTrack’s recording quality is better than Xelnex lite quality, but this recorder will not save contact names of callers from phonebook, only telephone numbers (soooo sad!!!). This is very uncomfortable. So I continue to use Xelnex lite!
