Summary: Many comments we get here are saying that their phone doesn’t support .rar, I’m sure many more people are will know exactly what to do with .rar files. Instead of telling everyone what you should do I thought it would just be better(easier) to make the nokia N96 support .rar files. WinRar is the application that most people use to extract rar files and now there’s a WinRar application for the nokia n96. The Application itself is simple and easy to use and it associates the .rar file with the application, so anytime you have an application in .rar on your phone then you can just open it and it will open WinRar.

Overview: Most people who use WinRar will know exactly what this application will be like, for the others the application is very easy to use all you really need to do is decide where to store the file. WinRar for the nokia n96 is free so if you download lots of applications from your phone then this will probably be very handy, but I just use my PC to download and extract file and then send it to my phone. Anyway WinRar is small and Handy so it makes for a good download.
